IT service management
The itsm preset installs tickets with SLAs, change approvals, an asset registry, relations, incidents with a public status page and a knowledge base.
The itsm preset is for an app in the style of ServiceNow or Jira Service
Management. Requests and problems are tickets with SLA clocks, changes go
through approval, every ticket names the configuration item it affects, and
an outage is an incident with a public status page.

Blocks
The preset is saas plus these blocks, and
whatever they require:

How the blocks connect
A ticket is a work item with an SLA policy by priority, and it names the
asset it affects. A change request waits on its approval before the work
starts. During an outage, an incident names the components it affects and
links the tickets it causes through relations. Its public updates and each
component's daily uptime appear on the organization's status page, which
publicStatusPage(slug, days) returns to anyone, signed in or not, with only
public fields (incidents).
With ReUI
- Data Grid for the ticket queue, with Filters on priority, SLA and assignee.
- Kanban for changes by stage.
- A status page with each component's state as a Badge.

The nonprofit preset installs donors, gifts and pledges posted on the ledger per fund, numbered tax receipts, campaign targets and saved views for donor segments.
Compliance
The compliance preset installs frameworks and controls with recurring evidence tasks, evidence files, versioned policies that members acknowledge and a posture per framework.
