Customer success
The customer-success preset installs accounts with health scores, metrics, rules, NPS surveys, playbooks as enrollments and engagements.
The customer-success preset is for an app in the style of Gainsight or
Vitally. Each account has a health score from usage and survey answers, a
rule starts a playbook when the score drops, and the customer success
manager logs calls and follow-ups on the account.

The preset is saas plus these blocks, and
whatever they require:

How the blocks connect
Account health is a health model in scores over the account's subject
type. It adds rule points, each a filter tree that matches the account, and
metrics, each a number field of the account times a weight, and its bands
name ranges of the total such as red and green. An NPS survey is a form
with an nps field, and forms.nps(formId) returns the score, so your app
can store an account's latest answer in a number field the model weighs
(scores, forms).
When a score moves into a band, a rule names the action your app runs, such as enrolling the account in a recovery playbook. A playbook is an enrollment program, and each step can be an engagement task for the account's owner.

- Data Grid for accounts, with the health band as a Badge and Filters on it.
- Statistic cards for the portfolio's health and renewals.

The contracts preset installs a contract lifecycle with renewals and obligations, counterparties as parties, signatures on a frozen version and renewal reminders.

The logistics preset installs shipments with carrier rates, labels and tracking, orders to ship, customers as parties, and warehouses and vehicles in assets.
