add lists scheduling in blocks, writes the modules of every part and wires the client in lib/blocks.ts. Import the manifest from better-supabase/blocks/scheduling when you build the set with createBlocks.

bookWithReminder({ serviceId, resourceId, startsAt, customer, reminder }) confirms the booking, then sets the caller's reminder on it, reminder minutes before the booking or once at an instant. A failed reminder returns its error and leaves the booking confirmed, so retry it with reminders.upsert.

The first command replaces scheduling in blocks with its parts. The second removes the parts too, except any part another block still needs (remove).
