Quality management
Set up an ISO 9001 quality system with the qms preset, from controlled documents and acknowledgements to nonconformities, audits, risks and qualifications.
The qms preset installs the blocks an ISO 9001 quality system needs, and
links them through relations so an auditor can follow
a requirement from the document to the case, the action and the person who
read it. This guide walks the clauses in order and names the block behind each
one.

ehs and isms presets reuse the same blocks with other kinds and checklists.
Controlled documents (clause 7.5)
Policies, procedures and work instructions live in drive
as controlled documents. Each change publishes a new version with
versions, needs approvals
before it is effective, and carries a signature from
the approver. Numbers such as SOP-014 come from
numbering.
Awareness and competence (clauses 7.2 and 7.3)
Acknowledgements ask people to confirm they read a new document version, and keep who confirmed and when. Qualifications record the training, licences and certificates each person holds with their expiry dates, and courses deliver the training that earns them.
Risks and opportunities (clause 6.1)
Risks keeps the register: each risk has an owner, a likelihood and an impact, and its treatments are work items. Link a risk to the process or document it concerns with a relation so the register and the documents stay connected.
Internal audit (clause 9.2)
Inspections plans an audit programme. Each audit has a lead, a team and a checklist form, and its findings are typed as nonconformities, observations or opportunities. A nonconformity opens a case before the audit can close.
Nonconformity and corrective action (clause 10.2)
Cases tracks nonconformities, complaints and changes from the report to a verified close. Each kind has its own pipeline, a root cause and actions, and closes only after the effectiveness check its kind requires. A case names the documents it affects, so a corrective action that changes a procedure points at the new version.
Review and evidence
The audit log records every change, and the data exporter writes it as CSV for the management review. The example app groups these pages under a Quality section in the navigation: compliance, qualifications, risks, cases and inspections.
