List the automations the installed blocks ship, and see what starts and runs each one.

Blocks ship default automations: a trigger event and the actions it runs, such as a won deal that drafts a quote. automations list prints the ones of the blocks in blocks, with whether each ships turned on or off. The rows live in the automation_defaults of the automations block, and the block manifests are their single source.

Flag	Effect
`--explain`	Adds, per automation, the block whose event starts it and what each action does.
`--all`	Lists the automations of every block, not only the installed ones.

An action no block ships is flagged in the explanation: register it in your action registry, or doctor reports it.
